Kelly Connolly Choreographer

Kelly Connolly is an accomplished dancer, choreographer, actress, designer and fitness expert. Kelly has developed into one of the most exquisite and eclectic performance artists of today with the honor to be named "All Around Best Female Dancer" by Dance Track Magazine in 2011.

Kelly’s passion started with dancing at the age of three, and has helped her develop a professional career as a multidisciplinary artist from tapping alongside Savion Glover, to performing everything from Indian folk , classical dance, Modern, Jazz and Hip Hop during artist AR Rahmon’s JAI HO tour. She has studied every style of dance as well as a variety of fitness art forms from classical ballet, Capoeira, R.A.D, modern, jazz, martial arts, partnering, ballroom, tango, swing, tap and hip-hop.

Her career has allowed her to travel the world and acquire various skills that have led to the development of her very own fitness regimens, dance forms and techniques. In 2007, Kelly created “Hip Hop Irish,” a combination of hip hop and Irish step dancing. Hip Hop Irish made its debut in artist Adonis Ramos’ Day & Night, a seven fly rig show in Athens, Greece where Kelly served as Choreographer and Assistant Director. The show was extended and received critical acclaim, with a leading UK magazine coining it “The Best show ever in Greece!” Kelly’s additional choreography credits include ABC's MIOBI, Smartwater viral and Magician, Ed Alonzo’s Circ showcase in China.

Kelly has had reoccurring performance roles and TV credits on hit shows such as Glee, How I Met Your Mother, Nickelodeon’s Fresh Beat Band, Malcolm in the Middle and CSI NY, and has also appeared and performed in motion pictures including Rock of Ages (2012) Bolden (2012), The Muppets (2011), Honey 2 (2011), A Christmas Carol (2009), Year One (2009), and Louise! (2010). She has performed/appeared in TV ads for brands including Nikon, Chrysler and T-Mobile, and can be seen dancing in music videos for One Republic’s “All the Right Moves,” as Britney Spears’ double in her music video “Three” and as an instructional fitness model for Hip-Hop Abs, Cybex, and Orbital 360.

Additional credits include performing alongside Selena Gomez at the 2011 Teen Choice Awards, Dancing with the Stars (2011), TV Land Awards (2008), and as a Back-up singer for Patti LaBelle at the World Music Awards (2007). Kelly also has an extensive background in musical theater with performances in A Chorus Line, The Sound of Music, Camelot, Beauty and the Beast, Mame, Mass, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat performed at the Kodak Theater and Hollywood Bowl.
